Our clinical team uses a combination of evidence-based and holistic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed group therapy, individual therapy (minimum twice per week), and family therapy. We also integrate holistic approaches like yoga therapy, art and expressive arts therapy, Biosound therapy, fitness and nutrition programming, and outdoor recreational therapy. Every treatment plan is individualized.
