TREASURE ISLAND, Fla., – Footprints Beachside Recovery Center, a local addiction and abuse recovery center, is scheduled to hold an open house on Dec. 11, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.The open house will be held at the treatment center located at 151 107th Ave, Suite 13, in Treasure Island.
It will be an opportunity for members of the community to learn more about the family-owned recovery center and how they treat addiction.
A raffle with prizes will be held, and refreshments with light hors d’oeuvres will be served. Proceeds from the raffle will be donated to a local charity. Additionally, attendees will be able to participate in a community expressive arts project.
“We’re holding the open house to let the community know that we’re here to help,” said Erica Jayne Dahlquist, program director of Footprints Beachside Recovery Center. “Tragically, some people never find that help and don’t know where to find it, but fortunately for those who come through our doors, we’re able to help to start them on the path towards successful sobriety.”
Footprints Beachside Recovery Center offers a unique, holistic approach that treats the whole individual instead of just the addiction.
Founded in 2008, Footprints Beachside Recovery Center is a drug and alcohol treatment facility located in Pinellas County, Fla. In addition to treating patients from throughout the U.S. and around the world, Footprints provides Florida clinicians with continuing education events and hosts community workshops on addiction related treatment and psychoeducation.
